Welcome to PureLightHealth where we offer a naturopathic approach to help you achieve your goals.
The six guiding principles of naturopathy as outlined by the AANMC (Association of Accredited Naturopathic Medical Colleges):
1. First, do no harm. A naturopathic doctor uses the most natural therapies at his or her disposal and avoids more invasive and topic treatments when not medically indicated.
2. The healing power of nature. A naturopathic doctor works as a partner with the patient to restore the body’s inherent wisdom to heal.
3. Identify and treat the causes. A naturopathic doctor looks beyond the symptoms to the underlying cause.
4. Doctor as teacher. A naturopathic doctor educates patients to achieve and maintain health on their own.
5. Treat the whole person. A naturopathic doctor views the body as an integrated whole in all its physical and psycho-spiritual dimensions.
6. Prevention. A naturopathic doctor focuses on overall health, wellness, and disease prevention.
If you resonate with these principles, a Naturopathic approach is probably for you! My grandfather was a Medical Doctor in the first half of the 1900's and back then, MD's followed a more Naturopathic approach than they tend to now. Even though my grandfather passed away when I was only 5 years old, I feel his influence sent me down this path. My mom continued with his approach after he died and used natural remedies as a first line of defense. I am grateful for Daddy Doc's influence & proud to be a part of his legacy!

Wow! Just finished your book. Very impressed. Can’t wait till the next one. The story of Carol was quite impressive. I think the thing that got me the most is that I felt like I was sitting in the room listening to you talk to me. Can’t wait to try some of the recipes. I no longer count calories, I just eat nutrient-dense food and I’m not hungry as much, and I cannot keep my pants on I have lost so much weight. Loving this lifestyle. Why did I not do it sooner? You did a really good job on this book and I’m sure it’s going to bless and help a lot of people. Great job!

Color Your World
I get asked all of the time what is the one thing you can do to improve your health. Based on extensive scientific research, the one thing that will improve your health is to eat a variety of colorful plant foods every single day - the more the better. A great way to get lots of colorful produce into your belly is to make a smoothie or freshly squeezed juice. Smoothies and juices are full of phytonutrients that give your body what it needs to function as the self-healing mechanism it is created to be! Here are a few recipes for you to enjoy! Drink up!
